Q. How safe is Online Giving?
Electronic fund transfers are regulated by the Federal Reserve and are less risky than checks because they cannot be lost or stolen. We further protect your safety by utilizing the latest technology in e-security.

Q. When will the contribution be deducted from my account?
Online contributions will be deducted whenever you request. For instance, one-time, weekly, or monthly on the dates that you choose. It's totally up to you.

Q. I've always used my canceled checks for my tax records. Now what?
Your bank statement will provide you with a list of all automatic giving transactions.   You will receive an email confirmation of each transaction and you can access your giving history at any time by logging into your account on the giving link of our website.  Of course, PGC Foundation will also send you an annual contribution report . 

Q. Can I make changes after I've started?
Yes! If you need to make changes, you can easily do them by logging into your account on the giving link of this web site.  If you have any questions you may email them to: giving@pgcfoundation.org
